family and friends:
I hope everyone is continuing to have a nice summer. Looks like we
will have great weather for the next few days and I am
loving every minute
of them.
A correction needs to be made regarding track for the Fall. We
will have a cross country
team in the Fall and track team in the spring.
John Byrnes -
current 6th grade and physcial education teacher - will be coaching both
teams. A parents meeting is forth coming to discuss practices, meet,
expectations, etc. 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade students can
participate. A flyer will be sent home in the very near future
regarding the date and time of the parent meeting.
Please don't forget about the open house on 9/14/10 at 7:00 in the gym.
I will be there to answer questions and there will be sign up sheets
for those who wish to volunteer time coaching and/or help the sports
program in general.
