The
Tuition Credit Program (TCP) is a program where you buy gift
cards to stores you
regularly shop at at face cost. For each gift card
bought, a percentage of the cost gets credited to your
tuition amount due next year and a equal percentage goes to
St. Christopher School. You can use the gift card as you
would any other -- to make a purchase in a store, possibly
online, or even as a gift!
How Does It Work?
Sign up for an account at
ShopWithScrip.com. (See orange panel on the right.)
Be sure to use the code "96L43A4D8857"
to assure that St. Chris receives the credit for your
order. You only have to sign up for an account once.
You can put in an order online at any time through Shop
With Scrip. (Click
here or click Order Scrip on the menu bar at
ShopWithScrip.com.) Payment for the order must be
received at the school by 2 pm on Thursday of that week.
Hundreds of stores are listed on the ShopWithScrip site.
When you place your order, you can filter the list by
the first letter of the store or by the type of store
like Gas & Auto.
Each store listed on the site has an associated
percentage. Half
of that percentage will get credited to your tuition for
2008-9. The other half goes to support St. Chris.
Cards are sent home with your child the following
Tuesday. You have the option to pick up your cards in
the office too.
Tips When placing your
order, be sure to note the following:
The "What's
New" link on the menu across the top shows stores
that are having bonuses -- temporary increases in their
discounts -- as well as other news like new stores, etc.
The "Announcements" link has news from your TCP Team at
St. Christopher's like schedule changes or important
dates.
One of the filters on the stores is "My Past Purchases".
Use this link to quickly reorder more of past
purchases.
